Positive: We were in the area for a family wedding. The breakfast was phenomenal - definitely recommend that guests get the breakfast package! Use of the deck was great, had coffee and breakfast outside. Lots of Keurig coffee selections - tea and hot chocolate too although we had coffee only!
Negative: Nothing could have been better - it was phenomentl.

Positive: A wonderful place to stay just a few minutes outside of Bancroft with the most amazingly kind and welcoming hosts. The apartment was perfectly clean, the bathroom and the kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. The outside area was beautiful and extremely well maintained. The bed and the pillows were soooo comfortable!!! We received very clear instructions how to get there and there was a binder with suggestions for places to visit in the area. The breakfast options were great. We had a wonderful time at Suite in the Bush!

Positive: The facility is and the backyard were excellent. Great selection of coffees teas available. The apartment was spotless so well decorated. Loved it.
Negative: The only challenge was the Wi-Fi Internet - kept cutting out and breaking up. Made it difficult to do work on the computer and kept losing the television connection.
Summary: Definitely recommend this lovely apartment and lovely owner.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Aileen and Dave’s apartment. The location is truly special – surrounded by beautiful, green nature, it offered the perfect place to relax and unwind. Aileen and Dave are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. The much-praised breakfast absolutely lived up to the expectations, and we also enjoyed a lovely chat with them over a glass (or two) of wine. It was a great opportunity to get to know the Canadian perspective on many things. Thank you for a memorable experience – we would love to come back!

Positive: Check-in/out was extremely easy which was appreciated coming from the city. The apartment was clean, stocked with towels, full kitchen, and they had tea/coffee pods for us with a fresh bottle of water to use. The grounds (front and back) were well-maintained and beautiful. Although we did not get to fully enjoy the bonfire, and the backyard, we hope to stay here again if we are ever back in Bancroft. I felt secure that the hosts were close-by if we needed anything. We came for a wedding in Bancroft, and seeing where friends stayed in local motels/airbnbs - we are certain we scored the best accommodation for our weekend away. It is also close to downtown Bancroft and the Granite for a nice dinner.

Positive: Beautiful wooded setting about 10 minutes from town. A spacious suite with King bed. Use of large deck. Comfy chairs for watching TV. Good Keurig coffee.
Negative: This place is a cross between a Bed and Breakfast and an Air BnB. While a B and B typically provides a hot breakfast, this place does not. Guests can order a cold breakfast like cereal or croissants to be delivered the next morning. We chose to have a hot breakfast in town instead. Would have preferred a reduced overnight price with no cold breakfast. People with mobility issues may not like the step up to the bathroom.

Positive: I rarely leave detailed reviews, but I truly wanted to express my gratitude for such a wonderful stay. I booked the B&B for my parents. Aileen was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she went out of her way to help my parents, even though they speak limited English. She used a translator to communicate and made them feel so comfortable and cared for. The breakfast she prepared was delicious and plentiful, with so much thought put into it. The place itself was cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful trees. It’s also in a very convenient location. This was a truly heartwarming experience, and I’m so grateful for the hospitality. My parents definitely want to return, and I would love to experience such a caring and welcoming stay as well. Thank you, Aileen, for everything!
