Positive: Clean and comfortable. Ideally located for our needs. Clear instructions for self check-in and out.
Negative: The main lights are a bit bright. Maybe fit a dimmer or lower wattage bulbs. The door is a bit of a challenge to lock - nothing that a bit of WD40 wouldn't fix. It was a bit warm, with no obvious way to reduce the temperature. The switch for the extract fan in the bathroom isn't obvious. Maybe place a sign beside the light switch? Finally, the shower needs a non-slip mat. One other thing, that's not your fault, and I'm not sure how you'd fix it, but Google Maps has your address located on the other side of the road. Luckily, Booking.Com has you located correctly.

Positive: The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had a large very modern bathroom. Our host Sarah was very helpful when we had a slight problem with the internet The location was a short walk to a bus stop and shops. It’s better to take public transport into the city centre because parking is scarce. We really enjoyed our stay.
Negative: The only thing we had difficulty with was the door locks which we eventually figured out.
Summary: This apartment was lovely,having all the amenities one would expect.

Negative: Only thing that let this place down was the cheap mattress - it was rather hard and uncomfortable. If this was replaced it would be a perfect place for anyone who needs a base whilst in Cambridge

Positive: Very pleasant studio in residential area, the property is an annexe of the owners home with a separate entrance. Great location for Park and Ride (5 minute drive) and Cambridge United football ground (22 minute walk) The property itself was a comfortable cross between a hotel room and self catering accommodation. Small kitchen area (no sink but access to utility room in main house if needed) and a spotless bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee and various teas and dried milk provided. Local shop 5 minutes walk away. Free car park on opposite side of the road. We didn't have much luggage but I presume you could unload on tbe drive then park up. We didn't meet the owner but had pleasant messages.
Negative: Nothing.
