Positive: We returned for the second time to this apartment. It is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral, has a parking garage. The cleanliness has improved. Well equipped.
Negative: In the evening the hot water ran out, only lukewarm to cold water flowed. It was never a problem during the day, but a recurring problem in the evening.

Positive: The beds were comfortable and the shower was good . The appliances supplied in the kitchen were good and lots to use.
Negative: The property smelt so bad it was making me and my family feel sick. Smelt like sewage water. The general cleanliness was okay but closer you looked it was not very clean. You cannot have the curtains open in the living room as it is totally exposed to the street. And in the living room/kitchen area the top window/ceiling had no curtains or cover so you had no choice but to look up at a scary roof covered in spider webs which scared my kids every day and night and i also felt uncomfortable with it. The welcome email and videos etc was really good and helpful but over all i am so disappointed that i thought i was booking a 4 star accommodation but definitely did not meet 4 star standards and I definitely did over pay. The cot wasnt provided and the car park pass stopped working too.
