Positive: Perfect location, close to the train station, super clean and more spacious than expected with a bonus balcony where we enjoyed a lunch with wine. Although hosts didn't speak English and I dont speak Italian we understood one another well. They have lots of touches that make it fabulous including a QR code to a welcome guide with allvyou need to know, , mood/low lighting and very tasty candies at a reception desk. I highly recommend this location.

Negative: I was just a tiny bit disappointed with breakfast. I had asked about gluten free when booking which was not there the first day but was on the second. I say tiny bit because there was yogurt, a fresh fruit bowl with lots of choice and so many types of tea to choose from. My non celiac hubby was happy with the breakfast and our host made fabulous cappuccino.

Positive: We stayed at SuiteIris during a visit to Cassino to watch the World University Cross Country running championships. SuiteIris was well-located for getting to/from the University, as well as walking to good restaurants and other amenities in the central core of the city. The family who run SuiteIris were very friendly and helpful, and their B&B had all the necessities and comforts. It was clean and the hosts were easy to reach by WhatsApp.

Positive: Location: Only 1 min. walking distance from Cassino train station on flat street. Very easy access and also 8 min. walking from city center. There are some cafes/restaurants around the hotel. Room: Clean and big enough. Bathroom and balcony is also spacious. Our room has view of Monte Cassino. Common kitchen: There is kettle and coffee/tea set and some free foods. It's great service and hospitality! Staffs: They are so kind and always take care of us. Thank you!

Positive: Great location near the train station and FlixBus stop. Beautifully renovated apartment. Extremely clean and surprisingly quiet give location on a Main Street. Hosts were extremely helpful and kind, breakfast was very good.
