Positive: Close to the beach.
Negative: Poor breakfast, cheap, every morning the same. Sun loungers which you can bring to the beach were old and rusty. No beach towels. Room was much better on photos than in reality. Window in bathroom only, so you sleep with air conditioning and wake up with bad nose. Not value for money definitely.
Summary: Would never return to this place despite closeness to the beach.

Positive: A cozy place in a quiet location with a direct access to the Foxi Manna beach with sandy and shallow waters. Nearby grocery store provides all the food and stuff a traveller may need here and nearby restaurants make it complete. Adjacent hills Monte Cartucceddu and Monte Ferru offer great hiking tracks close to the sea with access to hidden little baeches. Above all, Giada, the host, is a nice, always smiling and caring person who provided that our 2 days long stay here was just perfect.
Negative: We could not stay here longer.

Positive: The proximity to the beach is amazing! The bnb is footsteps away from a stunning white sand beach. Perfect for little ones to play in. Giada is a generous host and goes above and beyond to help.
Negative: It was slightly damp in the room as it was raining one day and so we felt that sleeping which was a bit uncomfortable .
Summary: Beautiful and quiet location with great places to eat close by.

Positive: Giatta was a wonderful host. She spoke English so well and was very helpful before and during our stay. The breakfast she served was delicious. The room was comfortable enough and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed the location being just a short walk from the beach. We went for more beach walks than I expected because it turned out to be such a nice beach for walking.
Negative: It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room for relaxing. However, if the weather had been warmer, it probably wouldn't have mattered since we would have been outside more.

Positive: The house is right next to the beautiful Foxi Manna beach and has a very cozy, familiar atmosphere thanks to the host Giada, who is very kind and accommodating. Our room was extremely clean and the interior modern and stylish. Close to the house are many wonderful places to explore, like well maintained hiking trails along the coast and Monte Cartucceddu, Nuraghe, and the Grotta Su Marmuri. We also enjoyed a wine tasting at the Sa Pruna winery of rich, local Cannonau. The beach is an absolute dream for swimming and stand-up paddling and the mountains close by are a nice challenge to explore by bike. We stayed at Giada's house in the beginning of May, before the main season, and were the only guests at the time and had a very calm stay, which we appreciated.
Negative: Unfortunately we really missed Giada and her piece of paradise in the days after our visit.
Summary: Wonderful, unfortunately way too short.
