Positive: Good size pool. Staff try to help with issues. Good location - 3 minutes walk to the craft market. About 10 minutes walks to the beach Quiet location

Negative: WiFi not strong in the rooms but does work at times. WiFi works in reception/by the pool. Ants in the fridge - fridge didn’t work. TV didn’t work.

Negative: I was out in a very dark room and had to complaint before getting a better room. That was disrespectful. On top of all the mattress was torn and we could see an iron that could easily wound (see picture attached). Luckily they shifted us ro another room which was way better.

Positive: Could not fault the cleanliness and attention to detail with cleaning inside and outside of my apartment. The room was as described and acceptable for the price, Everything inside the apartment was in good working order (lighting, fan, shower, gas hob, microwave, tv). The maintenance/cleaning staff were polite and friendly and I felt safe as a lone traveller with security stationed at the entrance. The manager/family were flexible with checking in and checking out (late flights). The pool looked clean and inviting. WiFi worked near pool.

Negative: The apartment decor was a little dated and in need of refreshment. There was no bar,, no onsite shop, restaurant or bbq - disappointing. I wanted to spend a day at the villa, having a swim in the pool, but was put off because of the lack of poolside facilities and activities. Reception and management staff were hard to find - not always onsite. Could not relax in the apartment in the evenings with phone as villa WiFi only worked around the pool area.

Summary: Excellent cleanliness. Friendly host/staff. Decor in need of update. Needs a bar/bbq/entertainment.
