Positive: Adrian, the owner welcomed us with some drinks and food when we arrived. He was so friendly and smiling and explained us every little detail regarding the proper usage of the apartment. The apartment was very clean, tidy, modern and super spacious. It is well equipped, we had more than everything we needed. It was a plesure to return back here after tiring days discovering Malta. Felt like home. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Malta. The bus stop is 3 steps away. There is one Spar just around the corner. And the sea is also a few minutes walk away. Not to mention the great restautants closeby. Perfect location!!!!!

Positive: Exceptionally good accommodation a short walk from St Pauls Bay. Modern decor and was immaculately clean. Well equipped - everything thought of that a guest might need, from umbrellas to a scuba mask. Comfortable bed, nice bedding, good shower and air con/heater. Reliable wifi. TV with lots of channels including UK channels. Chargers and charging sockets. Washing machine and little courtyard, which was great for drying washing. The friendly host, Adrien, welcomed me on arrival in the evening, and was there even though I arrived slightly early. Good communication throughout my stay. Fresh fruit and drinks in the apartment on arrival. Spar supermarket is a 5 minute walk away.
Negative: Just a personal preference as I am a light sleeper - some sort of door between the bedroom and rest of the apartment, to reduce the street noise

Positive: We enjoyed this stylish, well equipped modern flat with outdoor patio. It is in a pleasant residential area, (near shops, harbour walk, the Wignacourt Tower and bus routes). Adrian the owner welcomed us personally and showed us round. We had a lovely time with trips along the Bay, to the Roman Heritage Walk and Golden Bay.
Negative: Everything was great, would highly recommend.

Positive: My stay at Summer House in St. Paul's Bay has been a true bliss. The apartment is fantastic and exactly what I would envision for my second home near the beach in sunny Malta. The interiors are tastefully renovated with a clean and stylish design. Adrian is the best host I've ever had; he was always responsive and very helpful in sorting things out. I barely used the air conditioning or heating system because the apartment is well-insulated, and there is a refreshing breeze every morning. The proximity to a Despar supermarket and the Bugibba bars and clubs was convenient, but I especially loved being close to the Sirens swimming pool and Build Fitness center, where I trained twice a day. I have only great memories of my stay at Summer House and can't wait to book my next visit. Thanks, Adrian!

Positive: For a second time everything was wonderful. Very kind, attentive and hospitable host. Very good location, modern condition, very clean, corect representation on site. Everything is exactly as in pictures and description. We would particularly like to highlight the cozy apartment, in which you almost feel at home. Perfect accomodation, quiet and peaceful. We can only say "everything was great". There was nothing to complain about. Close to supermarket and city center of Buggiba. The bathroom is modern and has a powerful shower with constant hot water. The desk provided is handy for working and the Wifi is super fast. Despite being in a busy area, the apartment itself is towards the back of the building and is very quiet. Sufficient plug sockets around bed and desk area for charging your devices. Maximum comfort for a couple, all facilities from coffee espresso to shower gel, shampoo, etc. Very pleasant, comfortable, welcoming and clean place. If we want to visit region again, we would always book the apartment. Definitely recommended.
