Summary: This location is stunning; Tunipus Pond is your backyard, a hundred swan, cows grazing beyond the pond at the farm at Goosewing Preserve and waking to the sound of crashing waves. It doesn’t get any better than this. Julie and her family take very good care to ensure a respite like no other. I’m grateful for this place, the home, and the peace it provides. I’m booking again for next year.

Summary: This home is conveniently located near a beach, but does not have direct walking access to the water from the property as seen on some pics. The house provides much privacy, is large, has many comfortable beds and a very nice sunroom overlooking the nearby pond and out to the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Great place for a group - large and small.

Summary: My family and I had a truly amazing time at this lovely home. The house is in bucolic setting with amazing water views and close proximity (walk or drive) to the beach. The house is large and comfortable and although we were a small group it could easily accommodate more people. The house is very clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the linens nice and soft. The hosts are amazing and super responsive! We spent many hours reading, playing games, swimming, paddleboarding, and more. We highly recommend this home and plan on returning next year.

Summary: Wonderful location looking at the beautiful pond with green farm fields and blue sky, only minutes away from my favorite Ri beach. My family had a lovely week of beach, biking, hiking, paddle boarding, relaxing and playing bocce and badminton on the lawn. The house was very comfortable for our family with lots of different spaces to hang out separately or together. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking and we enjoyed our meals sitting outside and taking in the beautiful view. We hope to return again to this delightful place.

Summary: We had a great time in here in Little Compton!! The house is big and great for 2 families and kids! (Such a bonus of 2 washer and dryers in the house!) My husband and son enjoyed using the paddle boards and canoe on the pond and fishing. Plenty of life jackets in the house. We rented fishing poles at the super adorable library in town. We also walked to South Shore beach through the beautiful and green nature trails and walked to a lovely local farm for their farmers market and had the best blueberries and farm fresh eggs!!! We saw so many deer (including a baby), bunnies, and small chipmunks in the yard. Big yard that the kids loved playing in. 2 outdoor hot showers was also such a bonus for the kids to shower after the beach! Julie was a great host and easy to communicate with! She ordered whatever we needed such as beach umbrellas and sand toys. Thanks for sharing your property with us! We will be back!

Summary: We loved the location - it's so beautiful. A great place for relaxing and spend quality time away from husstle busstle of the city. The sun room was the best place in the whole house - be it morning or evening time. Julie was super responsive to our queries and even made the missing things available. Julie was quite flexible to accommodate to our requests.

Summary: This home couldn't have been more perfect for a peaceful long weekend getaway for our family of five (3 kids ages 3, 7, and 9). The house was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and could easily accommodate more people (we can't wait to return with our friends who have two kids). It's beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds, and lots of lovely places to curl up and read, nap, or play games. The yard is truly phenomenal--our NYC kids spent many happy hours frolicking in it, and we enjoyed sitting on the sun porch and relaxing while we watched them play. The setting is gorgeous: we could see swans swimming on the pond from our bedroom window, and the ocean beach is just minutes away. This house is a treasure, and we can't wait to return!
