WELCOME TO YOUR EMERALD ESCAPE. Let's take a tour...
FIRST FLOOR---
The front porch offers a bench and private gas grill. To the right of the house is a storage bin with beach toys and a hose for rinsing those sandy vacation feet.
As you go through the front door, you enter the spacious family room with flat screen TV, new leather sofa and leather love seat, dining area with a long table that seats 8, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, 6 bar stools at the breakfast counter, and more tools and cookware than you'd expect!
A lovely powder room with a beautiful vessel bowl is conveniently located next to this living/kitchen area.
BEDROOM #1: A Master Suite with king bed and Roku Smart TV rounds out the first floor. The master bath has double sinks, a 5' tiled zero-entry shower and walk-in closet.
SECOND FLOOR---
Here you'll find the second living room area with Roku Smart TV, wet bar with controlled temperature wine refrigerator, queen sleeper sofa, and balcony access with outdoor chairs where you can sit to take in the pool views.
There's a full laundry room with Washer and Dryer, laundry sink and second full refrigerator.
The full hallway bathroom has double sinks and a tiled shower with glass door.
BEDROOM #2: This Master Suite has a king bed and Roku Smart TV and is ideal for anyone in your party that may require the bathtub/shower combo this master bathroom offers (rather than tubless showers in the other areas of the home).
BEDROOM #3: This one is often the kids' favorite! Our quad room boasts custom built-in bunk beds: 4 beds total (they are a custom size between twin and full; most comfortable for one adult per bed, but could fit two small children on each bed). Roku Smart TV in here, too.
THIRD FLOOR---
BEDROOM #4: This is the 3rd Master Suite with King bed and Roku Smart TV. The master bath has double sinks, 5' tiled shower and large walk-in closet.
BEDROOM #5: Another king bedroom with Roku Smart TV and its own door to the long 3rd floor balcony overlooking the pool.
BEDROOM #6: This room also has a king bed, Roku Smart TV and access to the 3rd floor balcony.
A huge hallway bathroom with double vanity and 6' tiled shower completes the third floor.
THE POOL---
The Villages offers one of the most amazing pools in Destin. Just steps from our front door, you can enjoy a guests-only heated Lagoon Pool with a zero-entry area, waterfalls, hot tub, tables with umbrellas, and lounge chairs. The tiki hut adjacent to the pool offers an outdoor TV at a big bar with lots of seating where you can serve yourself. Surround sound music plays all day during the summer months.
Guests have access to the entire home other than a few owners' storage closets.

Summary: Everything was just as mentioned in the description of this place. Great communication with owners. A very large 6 BR house that was perfect for our family with kids and grandkids to get together. Close to the beach and the kids spent a lot of time in the pool too since it was heated for the week of Christmas. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed! Definitely would recommend this for other large family gatherings.

Summary: The property was beautiful and just as described. Walking distance to the beach and has trolley service as well. The kids loved the pool and it’s less than a minute walk from the house. The owners were EXTREMELY attentive with any questions or concerns - with responses within minutes. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: Walking distance to the beach. Ample bedrooms and room for large families to stay. The pool is super close and easy to walk even for the little kids. Even though there are other houses in the neighborhood nearby, we rarely heard the neighbors.

Summary: Pros: There was plenty of room to spread out. The house smelled clean when we arrived. Well outfitted. Plenty of towels and linens. Good location to the beach. Great pool!! We used the decks a lot. A few cons: Some items like the toaster and the coffee pot are not in good working condition. A few bugs…it’s Florida! Gas grill was filthy…we cleaned it. Oven wasn’t very clean. Some mattresses not as comfortable as we would have liked. Third floor southeast bedroom in particular. We would recommend this VRBO. It’s on par with other rentals. Great communication with the owners. They care about their property and their guests. We did have the best vacation and it was party due to the comfort of this rental.

Summary: The house was well decorated and clean. The location to the pool and beach was perfect! Location is one of the important things being as though we have 16 people in our family with all different age ranges. Golfing and oyster bars for my dad, water parks and arcades for the teens, pool steps from the front door and the beach is about a 10 minute walk, but a shuttle onsite for those that don’t want to walk. The owners were so nice and responsive to all of our needs. They gave the best information on things to do in the area. I would recommend this place to any and everyone going to Destin!

Summary: Excellent location makes it easy to get to beach, restaurants, shopping and the harbor. House as described. Very well stocked kitchen. Be prepared to pack or purchase all household needs including extra trash bags, all seasonings, blankets etc. owners are very responsive to questions and assistance.

Summary: We have family from CO, OK, and FL all having Spring Break so we celebrated it all together. First time we all were together in over 18 months. From infants to teens to grand parents all had a great time! The house was wonderful, the pool and hot tub was over crowded but we still were able to be together and enjoy each other. The hosts were easy to work with and helpful!

Summary: I loved, loved, loved, my stay here ! The property manager was super organized and also let us do an early check in because we were arriving from out of town. The place had amazing views, in a very nice neighborhood and we did not have to go and buy extra stuff, everything that we needed to celebrate our holiday was available.Will definitely book again!

Pros: location, size, beautiful, well appointed, owners very gracious and easy to work with Cons: not cleaned very well - floors left our feet black. The neighborhood was loud.
