Positive: The property was spacious- Kitchen was loaded with everything you would need Home in New Seabury- 1 mile from Popennesit Inn Very clean, plenty of towels, beds comfortable Big Deck

Negative: There was a musty smell when you walked in . 2 bedrooms plus den are in walk out basement, our guest who has slight ashma had to sleep on third floor. The driveway, yard should be cleaned and trimmed back Trash should be labeled. Website updated to properlystate what is included and beds available- site said 2 king , 2 full, 2 twins 1 queen- We had 2 king 1 queen and 1 full, Pull out couches is not an actual bed. false advertising. Only listed blankets - but sheets pillows and towels were there- AC was working in all bedrooms and main room.

Summary: Very Clean Great Potential- close to all- very roomy for large group

Negative: It is pretty old, some of the steps to basement were tilted, strong smell of dampness and mold in the basement, Coffee machine didn’t work. Quite a few chipped plates and bowls

Summary: It was ok. I liked Vacasa staff, but the property requires reno. And something needs to be done with that smell.

Positive: Great location. House has lots of good features but needs to upgrade and maintain property. Beds were very comfortable. Love the deck and furniture.

Negative: First there is a mouse in the house. Carpets need be cleaned as there are stains. Laundry was stacked up front of machines when we arrived. Pull out couch on top floor needs new mattress, was not usable. Ignitor on grill did not work. Suggestions: pot holders need replaced as they have holes. Need to have on hand salt pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, aluminum foil, saran wrap and trash bags. Or at least let it be known that guest will need to bring. Need to replace the extra blankets as they are very scratchy. Would be nice if ice trays were filled before guests arrive so there is some ice available. "TV room" should really have a pull out couch for more sleep area. The grounds look like they need some maintenance as well, bushes in driveway need to be trimmed back so you can get in and out of cars without scratching doors. On the whole, house was usable but really needs some more attention.
