Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in excellent condition. Pots and Pans, coffee maker, toaster all were there and easy to use. The patio was great for morning coffee by the pool. Beds were comfortable. Bring your own toilet paper as the stuff there was see thru. Main shower pressure was low. Must be that saver that makes you take longer showers. Overall our stay was one of the best we have had. Thank you for keeping a great home.

Summary: My family and I spent the last week at this home in Pinellas Park. We enjoyed being there. The pool was refreshing. My grandchildren had the ability to swim whenever they wanted (with adult supervision). There was plenty of things to do in the house for all as well as in the neighborhood. We had horseback riding stables, go carts, and the beach is a short drive away. The house provided plenty of privacy for family time. Good restaurants too. The kitchen allows for good meals to be prepared both inside and on the grill. We hope to do this again next year!!

Summary: This house was perfect for my friends and I during our golf trip. The bedroom layouts were great and we enjoyed the heated pool a ton. Morgan was a great host and always kept in communication leading up to our stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: We rented here because my sister lives about 4 miles away and was celebrating her 75th birthday. We used the pool everyday. The kitchen is huge and the bathrooms cute. Plenty of towels, washcloths and even separate pool towels! Spices and coffee were already there and if you’ve done these rentals in the past you know what a pain it is to go out and buy those things to use once or twice. It’s nice to have them already there.

Summary: Wow! We had a wonderful stay at this extremely cute home. Check in was so easy, and our agent, Morgan, was extremely responsive. The house was very clean with just the cutest decorative touches, and the location is very nice, quiet, and affords great privacy. The pool was perfect and the patio was well lit and comfy. A hundred little extras on top of the very well stocked necessities made this home extra inviting. We will stay here again! Thanks for sharing your pretty home with us.

Summary: We planned this trip to celebrate my wife's birthday. St. Pete's Beach is among her favorite places, and this rental was perfectly placed to provide easy access to everything we had planned. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised - including the heated pool! In a great, quiey neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Help keep it that way by being responsible guests ;) Host Morgan was quick to respond to all questions - couldn't ask for more. It was a fantastic week!

Summary: My friends and I have booked this place because the majority of us have gotten married and started a family. It's been awhile since the last time we all had a trip together and this place was a great place to relax. Morgan was a very helpful and responsive host, even providing recommendations of great places to go to in Tampa since it was a first time for most of us. The Marvel vs Capcom arcade was a great hit as well as the pool that was provided. Internet was fast and good reception in the area. There were also enough beds for us all and a hidden ringtoss game in the garage that had us entertained for awhile. Would definitely recommend if you'd want a relaxful vacation. Else, we were pretty much in the center of where we wanted to go.
