Positive: All facilities- full kitchen, laundry, heating, bathroom, towels and added extra, the spa!, was lovely. Some nice other sruff: socks, biscuits. Good location.
Negative: Smell of dog upon entry. Linen was microfiber +/- harsh to touch, with too soft bed in x1 room. Apart from outside chairs&table, no dining area inside.

Positive: The Retreat is very neat and tidy, with comfy beds, a hot & well pressurized shower and the outdoor spa is also very nice. The house has ample space, so does the garden with a beautiful Camellia tree growing in the middle. The Supermarket is only a short drive away, the house itself is in a nice quiet residential road.
Negative: The Kitchen is marketed as fully equipped, but if we hadn't had our camping gear with us we wouldn't have been able to cook the meal we wanted to. It is missing a lot of the basics (chopping board, cutting knives, serving spoons....). There is also no dining table inside?? We believe the hosts are still quite new, and because we were only staying for one night it didn't bother us too much, but for any longer stay the lacking kitchen amenities would have become a pain.
