Summary: Perfect place for us. Catch up on washing, kitchen had may extra items you need to cook a quick meal. Outdoor area and decor very tasteful. Bed super comfortable

Summary: Absolutely lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Everything you need and lovely extra touches to make you feel right at home. Location quiet but close enough to everything. Hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Had an amazing stay. Highly recommend.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay, such a cute home, incredibly comfortable, and so thoughtfully cared for and set up - all the little bits and pieces that you need in the kitchen, bathroom etc. Very quiet area, lovely private garden, and great value for money. Cool design, and comfy beds too - everything you need! Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Summary: This warm and welcoming cottage Under the Elms, located in a residential neighborhood in Hastings was a delightful respite from the abundant ho hum hotels and holiday park cabin accommodations we experienced since leaving Auckland. This rare gem is appointed with fully stocked kitchen, heated bath floors and towel bars, cozy living room and patio sitting areas. The two bedrooms are fitted with excellent quality beds and linens, making sleeping in a treat. The windows and lighting in the cottage are intentional and make for a welcoming feel from the moment you step through the door. The main bedroom has a king and the second bedroom is a full/queen, plan accordingly if you have larger 6’3 & 6’5” boys. The location and grounds were perfect, with lemon and lime trees outside the bathroom windows and beautiful roses outside the bedroom windows. This property is what all VRBOs aspire to be. Wonderful! We will return and hopefully for longer next time.

Summary: Fabulous place to stay. House had everything you needed and it was so clean and welcoming. It was fully fenced so very safe for the kids to play on scooters. Location was great as it was a short drive to the shops and really close to Havelock North. Great bonus having 2 air conditioning units as it really cooled down the bedrooms on hot nights. Would love to stay again!
