Positive: Room was clean, comfortable. Everything worked fine (once I figured out how to switch the input on the TV to where the signal was).
Negative: Staff was friendly, but have one major issue. THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! I got locked out of my room, took nearly 15 minutes to explain to him I just needed a key to get back in it. He kept telling me "after nine o'clock you cannot check in". I kept telling him "I am checked in, I just need to get into my room!". Finally someone translated for me. Also...do not believe the 24/7 claim. We checked out at 8;55 and there was nobody in the office, had to leave cards in the night drop, am afraild I will have to have the credit card company straighten it out if the hotel never figured out I checked out. Also, very minor gripe, no coffee pot. Travelers use these places and need their caffeine in the morning!

Positive: check in was a bit confusing the guy didn’t know how to check in he left to go pick up the manager! The manager was super nice!
Negative: Even tho the bed was comfy, there was no support under the mattress the bed collapsed in the middle of my sleep at 3 am I pulled the mattress aside and repositioned the thin support wooden slates. It collapsed again! 2nd night we put mattress on the floor and finished out our stay! Can you imagine being in a deep sleep and then falling? Yeah not a great experience at all.
Summary: Falling in your sleep doesn’t give you a great experience for your whole stay you had to sleep on the Floor!

Positive: Great water pressure,hot water. Nice clean room with a nice night light. Ice cold fridge, great location to everything. We weren't charged for both of our service 🐕‍🦺, the gentleman was very nice and even let us check in right away!
Negative: The bathroom sink had a slow drain,but that's nothing.
