Relaxing place on the lake, great fishing. This cabin is newly remodeled, includes a gas fire place. It has one bath, two bedrooms, sleeps five. Fall and Winter rates are $1600 per month. Starting on May 1st through August rates will be $1300 per week, Sunday - Sunday. One week minimum. The rate for the week of July 4th is $1600. Nearby Spicer and New London have a lot to offer: bait shop, pontoon rentals, restaurants, coffee shops, trails, Big Kahuna, theater, grocery store and antique shops. . .

Summary: The home was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. It would be great for families with small children as the beach would be great for sand play. I especially loved the lake views from the picture windows. The home included everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay overall. The only thing I would call out is the pillows are very thick. If you are like me and like a smaller pillow you may want to bring your own. Also the shower is in need of some repairs/good cleaning.

Summary: Everything was perfect. However, make sure to find out how much water is coming through the spillway. It makes all the difference in the world in terms of fishing. If water is gushing you will always catch there, fish regardless of how fishing is on the rest of the lake. I was under the impression there was lots of water coming out of the spillway, however it was barely a trickle. Be careful on the stairs, very steep and states are small.

Summary: This cottage was exactly what my sisters and I needed for a get-away. It was cozy, clean, super comfortable furniture and very comfortable beds. It was literally ON the lake. We could hear the waves all night and could look at the lake all day. The swimming was perfect with a small beach for our chairs. It was exactly as the owner presented on the pictures and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful week!!! Melissa

Summary: I enjoyed my stay here. The owners were very helpful and available to assist me with any questions. They even provided a fire pit and kayak. Great people. Great vacation home. I would highly recommend this place to others. I will be back!!!

Summary: We got to enjoy an extend stay in the fall and it was an amazing time to enjoy the lake. The beach is perfect. We absolutely loved the gas fireplace.

Summary: We are a family with small children ages 5 and under and the beach area in front of the cabin was great for playing in the sand and swimming. The swimming wasn't perfect as we battled some weeds washed up near the shore and it was a bit rocky. This was easily overcomable with water shoes and there was always a path we could get out to the very clear water so it wasn't a big deal for us. The local beach in Spicer provided great swimming as well. The cabin was clean and peaceful with great views of the lake. Would definately stay again.
