Summary: Communication leading up to, and during our stay was outstanding. The house was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was so well equipped it made us want to cook in several nights. Used the hot tub and fire pit several days, making our trip that much more relaxing after day hiking in JTNP. If you have dogs beware of the cactus burrs, and barbs. Would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: I can’t tell you how stunning this property is. It’s so private and it has everything you need! Kitchen is fully stocked. It has BBQ, hot tub, glamping tent, fire pit. The list goes on. The location is just perfect, right in the middle of yucca valley and 29 palms. Easy drive to Joshua tree national park. 10/10

Summary: Stayed at Sundial House for two nights for our first trip to Joshua Tree. The house is designed as a rental house and is comfortable for two couples or a family of four. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a glamping tent on the property which looked nice but it was too cold for any of us to try it out. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and Smeg countertop appliances. The photos make it look like it is in the middle of nowhere with nothing near it. It is actually on a neighborhood street with other Fieldtrip rental houses nearby. The lot was big and there was a corrugated fence helping with privacy. I really liked the app and appreciated the contactless entry. Check in of 4:00 pm is a little late but they got us in an hour and a half early. The house is positioned great for entry into two different JT gates. The app had instructions for hot tub which were easy to follow. Fieldtrip was easy to deal with and I wound rent from them again.

Summary: The house seems to be brand new as far as the house itself and the amenities given were top notch. During our first night/morning we felt the house getting warm and noticed the power was out but contacted the host around 4am to see if we did something and she checked and found Edison was working on an issue and should be up soon (which it was within the next hour or so) Was very pleased with the house and host

Summary: We had a great 4 day stay. Property is just as amazing as the pictures. In a neighborhood but well positioned fencing makes the setting very private. Kitchen is very well outfitted. Everything is new and in good working order. Would not hesitate to book again.
