Summary: This is what it is advertised. Was very quaint on the inside and comfy. Close to everything. Great price and David is wonderful and communicative. Will stay again for sure. Was a little nervous when i read reviews after i booked it, but they dont hold any water from what i saw.

Summary: After reading the reviews i was a little nervous about staying at this place but when youre looking for a place in july in florida this was a really good value for me and my dog. It was convenient having a dog park just minutes away and during my stay i only saw one small dead roach outside the front door. Internet speed was really good and i absolutely loved the 70 inch tv in the master bedroom. My dog did have a small accident in his crate but was super easy to clean up since the whole place is tile. The back 2 bedrooms do seem a little odd since they're only accessible through the master bedroom but that didnt really matter for me. I can imagine it would be a little tight to fit two vehicles in the parking space but i had enough room for my f-150 truck. Would definitely stay here agin when I'm in the area.

Summary: We had great communication with the owner and was helpful and reached out checking if we needed anything. We had cad issuds and he was willing to accommodate. We definitely recommend the owner David and his place to stay.

Summary: If you are looking for an upscale property in a fancy neighborhood, this is not for you. It is very convenient to where we wanted to go and was perfect for time away with grand kids. Very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again on our next trip down.
