Positive: Talk about wow factor! We were a bunch of Aussies travelling across the States, six kids in tow who’d never experienced snow. The excitement levels were through the roof the minute we pulled up and elevated even more so the minute we stepped inside. What charm this place has and space! Oh so much space! We loved it, definite highlight of the trip.
Negative: There wasn’t much to not like, we are shocked by people’s negative comments! Is there a few dead flies? Yeh, so what! Is it a little out dated? Sure, but the sheer grandeur of the place outweighs any of that! The wifi was fine, and FYI who needs good wifi when you’re living in a real life postcard!!

Positive: The location and the view and spaciousness of the house
Negative: The mattresss cover had stains and pillows were too flat for some. The light on the stove. And fan on hood needed work.

Positive: Location was great. No river access. Was once on a time, a great facility, but it sure needs a serious maintenance overhaul.
Negative: No garage remote controls. No keys to any of the outside doors. Why not key the outside doors the same and provide a key. Had to search to find keys to garage. No errata sheet noting all the previously notes issues, is such as missing wood panel on cabinet, broken hinges on bathroom cabinet, ripped area rug in lower den, etc. Poor screens on many windows. Where to find gas cutoff to fire pit, etc. Very BAD internet. Very poor cell reception.
Summary: Despite all the minor annoyances, good place to be.

Positive: Perfect location with views of the river and mountains. The home was immaculate with the most amazing cabin style decor. Love the layout of the home with many bedrooms and living space. Exceptional in every way. LOVED it! Can't wait to stay here again.
