This fully renovated home is located just 8 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheatre- an easy drive to/from the concerts. Walk out your door to all that Sunland has to offer, including Phoenix Pizza and Bar, ice cream, espresso, convenience store, park, public beach and boat launch.
Enjoy a relaxing hot tub under the star-lit sky as the desert nights become chilly. Take in the ambience of the basalt cliffs and watch the world go by as you sit on the front deck and sip your morning coffee.
The space
This spacious home boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a massive living/diningroom, and a handy laundryroom. Two bedrooms are outfitted with new king sized beds and a third bedroom has maximum sleeping capacity with a full size bed and bunk beds. The couch is also super comfy to sleep on and there is a self-inflating queen bed available with ample space in the livingroom or out on the deck under the stars for your extra guests to sleep, bringing total sleeping capacity to 10 people!
Enjoy your fully equipped kitchen, keurig coffee maker, and outdoor BBQ allowing you to cook all your meals at home.
Wind down as the desert nights get chilly by relaxing in the private backyard hot tub.
Parking onsite for up to 4 cars or ample room to park your boat.

There are no major grocery stores in Sunland so be sure to bring all your own food for meals. There is one restaurant, Phoenix Pizza. Please check online for their open hours.

Summary: I went with friends to see a concert at the Gorge. The house was easy to find and was comfortable. The area is a small community on the Columbia river and was friendly with easy access to the water. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The "cleanliness review' is not 5 star because I looked under the bed to make certain nothing was left and there were a few items (like a cup) far under the bed, which were missed in the prior clean-up. But otherwise everything was spotless. The small grocery was not well stocked, so bring food (for instance they were out of milk). We enjoyed our stay.
