Looking for sunshine? Awesome location! Only minutes to Gorge for concerts and festivals. Close to the dunes in Beverly for ORV riding and not far from Moses Lake dunes. This home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac at the far end of Sunland with plenty of parking, spacious yard, and outdoor shady seating area in the back. Main living area is located upstairs with kitchen, one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a full bath. The Family room with smart T.V, 2 queen bedrooms , 3/4 bathroom, and additional queen sleeping space are in the cool daylight basement, downstairs. Summary: We had an amazing time. Beautiful location and perfect if you are there for the concert. Very spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 6 kids. Wish we had more time to enjoy the fire pit in the backyard. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Will definitely be back!

Summary: As listed, the house was clean and had adequate amenities for us to stay, cook, and eat together. Being only 15 min from the Gorge Amphitheatre made this stay very ideal. Even though central air was not working, the host provided enough portable ACs to stay nice and cool in 100 degree weather. The view of the cliffs from the backyard is so pretty! Some things to note that if it's night time definitely make sure all windows are closed. There are lots of bugs in the area at nighttime. Thank you Stacy, we look forward to staying again in the future.

Summary: Love this neighborhood, love this location, love, love, love the picturesque views from bedroom window in the early light of dawn..... House was extremely clean and the absolute first time rental where every single window was locked upon arrival (personal peeve). Classic quaint home stocked with all the basic+ necessities to thoroughly enjoy visit. Owner is very responsive and wonderful. The gazebo is new and lighting hard wiring still in progress but very nice addition Seating and bedding is comfortable all over. Do wish there were extra blankets readily available and bit more modern but super minor items compared to everything else. Will absolutely stay again. In fact, already have a booking reservation.

Summary: The house is in a great little golf cart-friendly neighborhood and the neighbors were very nice. The location is close to everything and the backyard gazebo came in handy on hot afternoons. Stacy was awesome and replied to questions very fast. We’ll definitely be back.
