One large bathroom. Easily sleeps 6+ guests. Stunning views and fenced in yard and parking areas. Room for RV parking and RV hook ups at top of driveway as well. Basketball court on property. Just steps away from the river through gate leading down to water. French doors lead out to patio and grass area. Includes WiFi and TV accessibility. Beautifully furnished!

Summary: We had the best time! Thank you Randy and Kathy for sharing your home and being such gracious hosts! We are kind of a fussy bunch and you could not have set up the home any better or been more accommodating. We are a blended family of 4 with a teenage daughter and a 20 year old son and there was plenty of room for the four of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We so appreciated the little touches like the well stocked waters, games, washer and dryer, nice towels, lawn chairs and paper products which made easy clean up for meals. We loved the completely fenced, grassy lawn leading to the gate and easy beach access. For those not familiar with Sunland, this is one of the nicest waterfront lots on the cove. We pulled the boat right up and were able to load it up with tubes and waterskis right there from the shore. We even caught fish right in front of the house. :) Thank you again, Randy and Kathy for everything. Looking forward to our next visit!

Summary: We feel so fortunate to have found this little oasis in Sunland. While it's surrounded by all the current happenings, this gated property feels like a peaceful plot in the middle of it all. The owners were so communicative and gracious. They walked us through their home and amenities. We loved waking up and having coffee outside. The views are amazing. The kitchen is small but has all the appliances and more. The men cooked the most delicious steaks and chicken on the barrel charcoal grill. A walk to the water to cool off was so nice. We loved the outdoor shower and the outside furniture is so comfortable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
