Swim in the heated pool. Walk to the neighborhood beach. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. Read on the front porch rocking chairs. This 4/4.5 home has all of the amenities you could ask for (including comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen) and is just minutes from wineries, farm stands and restaurants.
There are four bedrooms all with en-suite baths.
Primary Suite - king bed, en-suite bath with shower, TV, walk-in closet and entrance to sunroom (main floor)
Family Suite - king bed, bunk beds with double on bottom and single on top, walk-in closet, desk, en-suite bath with shower. A partial wall separates the two sides of the room and makes it perfect for family or friends (upstairs)
Captain's Suite - queen bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bath with shower-tub combo (upstairs)
Executive Suite - king bed, couch, desk, TV. en-suite bath with shower (downstairs)
You can also relax in the Reading Nook upstairs.
There are also plenty of places to lounge outside.

Dining - dine al fresco at the ten-person table under the bistro lights

The outside also features an outdoor shower, new propane grill, lush landscaping.
We tried to think of all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchen is stocked with Lodge, Calphalon, Henckel. There are throw blankets for lounging. There are four bikes with helmets and locks, a corn hole game, new beach chairs and an umbrella, a cooler and a wagon for bringing your stuff to the beach (located five minutes away!). It's family friendly with a pack-n-play and a high chair.

Summary: four groups from all over the east coast stayed for a week and had a wonderful time! All the amenities we could possibly need. Wonderful pool and outside space. Comfortable beds, pillows and linens. Well stocked kitchen tools. Great location, never more then 20 minutes from anything we needed. Absolutely would stay again!

Summary: My family & I stayed at this house for a long weekend. It was perfect for us. We had enough room for all of us and the house is very kid friendly. Summary: Your house was the perfect setting for our girls trip. The set up was great in terms of bedrooms and living space, gave everyone room to spread out. We had a few party animals and a few pregnant ladies so definitely had some different vibes in the group and the separation of living areas made that really comfortable. The pool was great, walk down to the beach was easy, and proximity to the wineries was ideal. We would definitely all come back! Thank you :)

Summary: Our family and friends spent a blissful two weeks here, and are already planning our return. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout the house - everything is set up so you can relax and enjoy yourself. We swam in the pool every day, walked to the private beaches and rode bikes around the quiet streets. The kitchen is really and truly fully stocked, perfect for whipping up our daily haul from the nearby farm stands! The hosts are so lovely, easy to communicate with and conscientious / proactive. Can’t wait to return!

Summary: We like being east of Greenport. This house has the location. It is close enough to town, yet in the country. It is near to our favorite farm stands. Plus it is a short walk from the association beach renters can use. And the perfect spot for bike riders. The house is well maintained inside and put. The pool is perfect for families. It has gates that can be locked to keep the little ones safely out. A nice open plan living space, plus plenty of sleeping space and a very roomy kitchen. It is modern with nice amenities. The front porch is a favorite spot to relax. It is very quiet here too. The owners are helpful. And the local property manager is great should you have any questions. Check in instructions were simple. There is a parking permit for a local beach. Also a binder with lots of information about using the house and pool, as well as places to visit. Planning to return already.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this house with our family and young kids. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive in case of any issues. We loved the welcome note, chocolate and bottle of wine - such a thoughtful touch. The house was well equipped with anything you needed. The house is just as pictured. The pool was awesome and definitely a highlight! Very close to beaches and greenport village - we had easy access to everything. Thanks so much - really had a great time!
