Summary: First of all my host Monique was wonderful. She was very accommodating when my outward flight was delayed and I was arriving late at night instead of in the afternoon. Any questions I had, she responded to me immediately. The location is PERFECT, the metro is a 3 minute walk from the apartment so as a base you can get to any part of the city you want to. I had everything I needed in the apartment and the outside space was a bonus. I loved every minute of my stay.

Summary: We stayed in this apartment for an extended period while renovating our home, and I can only say positive things about it. The size is perfect with ample room, it is very well-maintained, and if we needed any repairs, Monique was super quick to get someone to fix it. I love the location as it is very well connected to bike lanes and the metro, and there are plenty of local cafés and restaurants nearby.

Summary: My partner and I stayed in Monique's apartment for the month of July. Everything about our stay was perfect: * Apartment - the apartment is clean, modern and beautifully designed. You will not find the standard "vacation rental" amenities, but rather every part of the apartment is carefully designed and feels like a true home. Monique clearly has a very exceptional taste in furniture, art, architecture, etc. We "lived" here for one month, and at no point did we feel that we didn't have everything we needed to work, study or relax comfortably. * Location - located on a beautiful, quiet street in Rosemont-La Petite Patrie. A very "neighborhood" feel with friendly neighbors and families, but at the same time is only a 1 min walk from the Rosemont Metro, and well within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of St. Hubert, Beaubien, Little Italy, Jean Talon. * Host - Monique was very communicative with us before and during our stay, and check-in/check-out was very simple and straightforward. Thanks again, Monique!
