Positive: We stayed here as a family and overall had a great experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped — it has almost everything you need, except for a coffee machine and some basic cleaning supplies. The air conditioning, although only in one room, was strong enough to cool the whole apartment. There’s also a nice space to relax together as a family. A big bonus is the nearby parking spot, and we especially appreciated the beach, which is great for kids. It’s about a 15-minute walk away and seemed much less crowded than the beaches in Split. There are grocery stores and a bakery within walking distance too.

Negative: Some windows were missing mosquito screens or had torn ones, and it can get quite noisy at night with open windows — due to passing motorcycles or sometimes loud neighbors. There’s no sidewalk on the way to the beach, so you mostly walk along the road, which can be a bit uncomfortable. We were offered a parking spot right across the street, but it was fully exposed to the sun. The internet was unstable at times, though that might be a general issue in this region.

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back!

Positive: The apartment was well equipped, exactly like in the pictures. The beach os 10-15 mins by walk, and the best beach we’ve ever been in Croatia. Supermarket, bakeries near. The host was welcoming :)

Negative: Not negative, but maybe a microwave oven would be a good addition to the apartment :)

Positive: Very Spacious, clean and super convenient location just 30 minute drive from the airport and 20 minutes drive from Split City Centre. Very pleasant area away from the hustle of the city. Small supermarkets literally within a 1 minute walk. In less than 5 minutes drive, there’s a Fantastic pebble beach with shallow water very suitable for even a 3 year old child. If you’re lucky, there’s a free parking lot too. The host is super friendly and will offer you the best service. The best place to stay in our opinion for a young family or even a group.

Positive: Mega friendly hosts, always ready to help us out and gave us a lot of tips and fruit! And were even friendly to our grumpy dog.. Private parking space is also a huge win!
