This clean and spacious condo is located south of Rte 28 on a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance of beautiful Ridgevale Beach. It offers single-level living in a 1140 square foot layout that provides privacy and suitability for two couples or a small family and grandparents. Ideal for seniors and children, with no stairs and easy beach accessibility. The condo easily sleeps a family of 5 with a queen, double, and two twin beds, all with new, quality mattresses. The living area is open and comfortably furnished, with two small couches and chairs. Watch expanded basic cable, Amazon Prime, or Netflix on the flat screen Smart TV, or surf the web and check in to the office with high-speed wireless internet.
High-speed internet paired with a modest desk and office chair will accommodate the working professional who must check into the office or work remotely. This property has periodically served as the temporary residence for business professionals working remotely.
Opposite the living area, the dining area offers an expandable table that seats 6, next to a slider overlooking the deck and expansive yard. There is a ceiling fan over the dining table. Prepare meals in the spotless kitchen, well-appointed with newer appliances (new dishwasher in 2022), or enjoy outdoor dining on the deck with a meal prepared on the Weber gas grill. There is ample placeware, glassware, and silverware as well as pots, pans, and standard seasonings for the vacationing chef.
The two large bedrooms each have their own full baths, and new mattresses throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom includes two twins and one double (full). The beds have new Sealy mattresses and new pillows for your sleeping comfort. The master bath includes a tub/shower and is across the hall from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a shower stall. Both baths are equipped with hair dryers and basic soaps. The second bedroom also has a separate entrance, providing the option of two couples living side-by-side in the same unit with full privacy. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning mini-splits, as well as generous storage space. Bathrooms have their own thermostats. The washer and dryer are located off the main hallway. A Pack n Play is provided for your convenience.
Start your day with coffee in the gazebo, and end it with cocktails on the patio. Escape from the midday sun in the shade of mature maple trees in the yard. After a long day at the beach, shower outside under the blue sky in a fully-enclosed shower stall with hot/cold water. Ridgevale Beach, Marion's Pie Shop, Short n Sweet Ice Cream, and the Cape Cod bike trail are all within easy walking distance, and numerous walking trails are nearby.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at this property, the place was well maintained, clean and the host was super nice! Loved the access to the beaches and local food places without having to drive everywhere. Would highly recommend staying here and exploring Chatham.

Summary: We went to Chatham for a wedding and we were able to rent this condo from a Wednesday to Sunday which worked out awesome! Many rentals are weekly, so we were happy to find this one. It’s tucked away off the road which makes for a secluded private feel. Very clean and nicely decorated. Loved that it had AC as it was hot &humid out. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The outside deck was great too. Quiet neighbors. Great location, close enough to “downtown” Chatham shops/restaurants without being near all the congestion. The Ridgevale beach was a fun time, we ended up going there twice, although we drove because it was humid and Gps said it was 19 min walk. Guess we were lazy but we didn’t want to carry all the beach stuff. The owner was accommodating and very responsive to our questions. The Welcome packet information was helpful along with some copies of the local touristy info. We would definitely rent from Christine again. We have a new favorite restaurant, Del Mar Bar & Bistro. Great food and atmosphere!

Summary: Very good, easily navigated. One thing, Paper goods, aluminum foil, baggies, napkins, Kleenex, paper, only trash bag, none of those items were present. queen bed was pretty much over the edge, worn out. (Appliances top notch, for sure.

Summary: So don't be worried by the out door picture. It's nicer in person than the photo. This is an attached home with a great amount space inside. Christine was easy to communicate with. Home has everything you need. You are on a quiet private street. It's about 1/4 mi to closest rail trail entrance. Walking to ridgevale is possible but easier to drive. We actually like Harding beach which is about a mile away. Great location for access to Chatham, harwich port, bay side. Loved the out door shower! Couldn't recommend higher.

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this spotless, spacious, well maintained and well equipped condo. The property is a short driving distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. Given all these features, it is a good value. It was obvious that the owner really cares about her guests' comfort.
