Positive: There are a few good things: it was relatively cheap and many stores were close. The place was not like the pictures, the tv for example wasn't there. One good thing: we booked it for 3 people but 1 person joined us and the owner let it without us paying more.
Negative: Now here are where everything starts. We COULDN'T REACH THE OWNER WHEN WE ARRIVED, he hasn't picked up, he hasn't answered our messages. If we are talking about messages: he deliberately wouldn't answer in English. He always sent us German messages even when I replied in English. This is not acceptable when you are the guest... We couldn't get in, it's not obvious how you open the keybox. The smell of the flat is decadent, it's like something is dying there. We opened the windows but it won't go away. We suspect the bathroom. The street noise is really bad, they don't use great quality windows because you can hear everything and many policeman and firetrucks were going on the main street at night. Also the neighborhood is quite sketchy. You can't dine properly because the table is so small, it's just a smoking table. You have to sit to the ground if you want to eat. The kitchen is small anyways and doesn't have that many tools to use, but it's okay.

Positive: The flat is located in a block of flats, which was nice, clean and secure. Despite, it was near the street it was very quiet. The accomodation is near to the city center (about 20 min walk) and there are shops ( Lidl, Aldi, bakery , etc.) 5 min away. We could find everything we needed in the flat and the host answered, any questions we had, promptly. The accomodation was clean and warm and we could park our car on the street for free.

Positive: easy to reach apartment, small and cozy, very good for 4 adults + a small child
Negative: there was no elevator in the building and the apartment was on the third floor. Might not be easy if you have heavy luggage or if you have someone older from the family that has difficulty climbing up the stairs.
Summary: great place for the price point!
