Cozy and comfortable beach cottage in the desirable south end of Sea Ranch. Two master bedrooms, each with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, large living and dining rooms with wood burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen, outdoor gas barbeque, vaulted wood ceilings, warm and sunny decks and beautiful views of a meadow, mountains, and sea. A stone’s throw from the Bluff Trail and the ocean and a short walk to Pebble and Black Point Beaches and the Sea Ranch Lodge. Located near the end of a quite, dead-end street, far from the highway. Recently enhanced with skylights, new hot tub and deck, wine cooler, appliances, carpet, furniture, granite countertops, updated bathrooms, flat screen TV's in bedrooms and living room, paid subscription streaming services including Netflix, Amazon prime video, Sling (orange and blue), and Paramount+, custom decorator touches and lots more. Reliable and fast high speed wireless access (100 mps, provided by Sea Ranch Connect) and Bluetooth ready surround sound system!!

The Sea Ranch is internationally known and revered for its attempt to blend man-made structures with their natural setting. This most picturesque area of California, 100 miles north of San Francisco dotted with distinctive homes, spreads for about ten miles on either side of Highway One in the coastal Sonoma County. The building design is unique in its architecture, and the challenge to 'live lightly on the land' is on-going.
With three swimming pools, saunas, tennis courts, a 18-hole championship golf course, and 50 miles of hiking trails that meander along the coastal cliffs, through meadows and forests, there is no shortage of outdoor activity for your Sea Ranch vacation. AM) that disturb neighbors such as parties, slamming car doors, extended
conversations outside, gatherings on decks or in hot tubs, etc.
• Outdoor burning of solid fuels is prohibited, including fire pits.
• If a Voluntary Evacuation Order is issued, guests must leave the property
immediately and exit the evacuation zone.
• Possession or discharge of fireworks is strictly prohibited.
• Dogs must be on a leash when not in the home or car. Continual nuisance
barking by unattended pets is prohibited.
Children under the age of 6 are not allowed in the spa. The spa cover must be replaced when spa is not in use.

Summary: We love Sea Ranch and this place was as wonderful as the setting. The check-in process was very easy (a lockbox at the door vs having to drive to the office in Gualala as some other houses require). The deck faces the meadow and hills in the back, which is lovely, and there is a small side deck with a peek of the ocean. The home is clean, warm, light, and cozy with all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend it!

Summary: Stayed here before and loved it, bringing our dogs. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach. This time the host arranged terrific weather! Thank you. The house itself is very well equipped and maintained. The host has thought of everything---even has an "emergence backup coffee maker."

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Sea Ranch house with our dogs. The owner is extremely thorough with info and has outfitted the house with all that one might need, with well appointed kitchen, fast internet, Smart TV's , wood for fireplace , and an abundance of little notes around the house explaining functions and clearly directing guests as far as usage etc, The house is comfortable for those with dogs , with towels to clean their paws and sheets designated to be placed on furniture as needed provided. Everything worked great - hot tub, grill, heat, water , washer/dryer etc- and the owner was commendably prompt and clear with responses to queries. We will stay at this house again,

Summary: The house was cozy and felt like a home. It was clean and well-equiped. It had a nice view of the meadow. We have been coming to Sea Ranch for 40 years and some of the places we have stayed more recently had no character or warmth and this house had it all.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this very likable home. It is as advertised-set in a gorgeous coastal area. Sea Ranch has a unique vibe with nature truly at your doorstep. We hiked along the bluff trail, watched a high surf crash on the rocks and were greeted by browsing deer each morning. Excellent dining nearby. We will return.
