Summary: We loved the house, decor and location. Although not used, the home provided plenty of toiletries and hygiene products for the guests to use. The location was perfect for our downtown convention. As noted in previous reviews, the house across the street looks like a junkyard. However, the occupants didn’t bother us, but is an eye soar. Also please note that the two twin beds in the sunroom are not separated. It’s actually a daybed that pulls out into a full size bed. So it’s like sharing a bed with someone. The neighborhood seemed safe and we would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Had a great time staying here! Older home but really cute and conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. Our two boys thought the house was really cool and there’s plenty of space for family of 4. Loved it! Will book again when we return.

Summary: Our family stayed in Little Rock for 2 nights on the way back home from our Christmas vacation. The location is perfect for finding anything around the city. Cozy home with the perfect amount of modern updates. If we ever go back to Litlle Rock, we already have the place we want to stay. Thank You!

Summary: Don’t let the eyesore across the street bother you. This was a great little place for three seasoned friends to reconnect and explore the area. The kitchen was great for cooking some of our meals and a great hammock in the backyard for relaxing.

Summary: The inside was clean and functional; however, it could use some TLC (bedroom doorknob falls off and why a chunk of wood to hold up tub instead of the ornate claw legs that are on it in the online pictures.) The kitchen is updated and nice, and the living room was cozy and set up nice to be able to relax and visit. Brochures were a great touch. We were all very disappointed with the back deck when we walked out to enjoy snacks and socialize. It was filthy and not functional. The deck floor has rotted, broken boards and is unsafe, chair cushions need replacing, and the table was caked with dirt, debris and bird droppings (your website pictures show a clean, safe and functional back deck.) The bench and little table out front were filthy, and is different than website pictures. The neighborhood was nice, despite the neighbors place across the street. It was conveniently located to all we wanted to do downtown.

Summary: We had a great time. The wifi was awesome and the beds were super comfy. We cooked in the house and it was so nice to have everything there like spices and things like that. Our entire group somehow forgot to bring shampoo and conditioner so it was awesome that it was provided. All in all a great stay.
