Summary: We hebben enorm genoten van de fantastische tuin van de molen. Het ligt aan een klein riviertje waar je vissen en rivierkreeften kunt vangen en dammen kunt bouwen. De kinderen (en wij) vermaakten zich/ons met de tokkelbaan, het boogschieten, de tafeltennistafel, de schommel, vuurtje stoken, krekels en hagedissen vangen en natuurlijk in het verwarmde zwembad. In de overdekte buitenkeuken is het goed toeven en het is geweldig om af en toe de koeien aan de andere kant van de rivier langs te zien lopen. We zagen ook nog een hert en eekhoorn in de tuin. We hebben de oude broodoven gebruikt om brood te bakken en dat ging prima, we hebben wel eerst geoefend met pizza. Het is duidelijk de tuin die de locatie zo bijzonder maakt, het huis is eenvoudig, maar voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Zowel wifi als 3G zijn niet zo stabiel, waarschijnlijk door de afgelegen ligging, maar wat moet je met internet als er zoveel te doen is?

Summary: Een ware idylle. Het huis is schitterend uitgerust, zowel qua keukengerei als qua praktische informatie voor allerhande uitstappen (uitgestippelde wandelingen, reisgidsen, ...). Bij aankomst ligt alle noodzakelijke informatie klaar, waarna een onvergetelijk verblijf in de karaktervolle molen (en niet te vergeten: de prachtige grote tuin met verwarmd zwembad!) kan beginnen. Wat ons betreft is er slechts één kanttekening: de slechte internetverbinding. Door de ligging diep in het dal werkt 4G nauwelijks, dus met de eigen roaming kom je er niet. En de Wifi-verbinding is niet toereikend om in contact te blijven met de buitenwereld. Niettemin heeft het huis voldoende te bieden om dit te compenseren!

Summary: Mooie accommodatie in een schitterende, rustige en nog authentieke Franse omgeving. Activiteiten genoeg te doen in en om de woning ! Kids vervelen zich geen moment, zowel voor goed weer of minder goed weer is er genoeg in / rond het huis te doen.

Summary: Geweldig huis, grote tuin, heerlijk verwarmd zwembad, lekkere ligstoelen, fijne houtkachel binnen voor 's avonds, zeer ruime keukenuitrusting (alleen de kleine lepels moeten aangevuld worden, zijn er maar 4), goede bedden (bed op de vide niet gebruikt, deze ruimte zag er krap en laag uit), veel privacy, aan doodlopende weg (dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt is 20 minuten rijden), verse vijgen en appels uit eigen tuin.

Summary: Deze grote familiewoning ligt op een prachtige plek midden in de Aveyron, aan het eind van een doodlopend weggetje, ver weg van alle drukte. De stilte is er indrukwekkend, met een prachtige sterrenhemel 's nachts, de roep van de uilen en overdag buizerds in de buurt. De grote woning is zeer sfeervol en comfortabel ingericht met een goed geëquipeerde keuken, een grote living en goede slaapplekken. Het zwembad is prachtig gelegen achter in de tuin en goed onderhouden. Naast de woning stroomt de Alzou, een rustig riviertje, ideaal om in te kuieren. Er is een pizza-oven in de oude schuur en je kan gebruik maken van een kabelbaantje tussen twee bomen. Het is kortom een paradijs op aarde, met alle potentieel voor een geslaagde familie-vakantie ! De eigenaars zijn bovendien vriendelijk en betrokken, ter plekke zijn de contactadressen van personen in de buurt bij eventuele problemen - alles dus prima geregeld. We maken graag reclame voor deze prachtige plek. In de buurt kan je terecht voor schitterende wandelingen, lekker eten, een marktje doen of een uitstap naar middeleeuwse dorpen zoals Conques en Najac. Wij combineerden een weekje natuur met een bezoek aan de steden Montauban en Toulouse. Een absolute aanrader - met een welverdiende score van 9/10 !
