Positive: Very comfortable and clean in a quiet neighborhood.

Negative: We kept running out of hot water when showering. The door keypad was annoying. Most of the time we needed to enter the code multiple times before it allows all 10 numbers to be pressed. We have the same type at home and never had problems with it.
