Positive: The apartment is absolutely beautiful, super clean with a very large, private, sunny terrace. Equipped with everything you may need, very comfortable. Restaurants, bars, Spar, taxi stand: 5 minutes walk from the property. Brilliant communication with Paul & Marianne, we really enjoyed our holiday, many thanks!

Positive: Loved the lovely clean, large , light , airy and well equipped apartment. And the large sunny terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs. Marianna and Paul great hosts, responded immediately to any communication, always very kind and helpful.

Positive: We've stayed in several Lanzarote apartments and villas and this place has moved to the top of our list for value and quality. Everything about the property is fantastic. For us privacy and outside space is top of our wish list. Sunnydaze has a large terrace with bags of room, it gets the sun all day and being on the corner of the clean well maintained complex is very quiet and private with lovely open views. Its also sheltered from the worst of the prevailing wind. We'd never stayed in the Matagorda area before but the location was great, a 7 min walk to the beach, bars and restaurants and the airport proximity wasn't an issue at all. Inside the apartment has obviously been recently refurbished to a very high standard, was immaculatey clean, beautifully, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Everything is there you might need for your stay along with some lovely extra touches like water (and wine) on arrival, toiletries, cleaning products, salt etc. Pre arrival communications were very good and we were visited shortly after arrival by the owner Paul who explained a few things and clearly took pride in his property and wanted to ensure we had a great time. As we were staying 10 days he also arranged a mid stay visit, linen change and clean along with his wife Marianne. Without doubt this will be the first place we check for availability on our next trip to the island.

Negative: The danger others will want to book when we do !

Positive: the area was nice and quiet and the balcony was very private . pool only never had 3 or 4 people sun bathing and 2 max swinmming went we were there at the same time so very quiet. shops and bars only a short walk away near airport but we did not really notice that much , after 1 day you dont notice the planes taking off we would go again , lots of towels , very clean apartment and a safe in the apartment to keep passports and cash

Everything you need and more in the apartment itself, and the large, private, sheltered terrace with sun all day, was fantastic. Paul responded immediately to any enquiries we had and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thanks again Paul and we will definitely return:)))
