Summary: We had such an amazing time here. The beds were SO comfortable, the ducted heating was amazing after adventuring in the chilly weather. The kitchenware was fabulous and plentyfull. The view was amazing and we even saw an emu and kangaroo in the scrub. WE WILL BE BACK SOON!

Summary: We loved our short weekend getaway at this property. Located right opposite a walkway to the beach, it was well appointed and nice and roomy. Very comfortable.

Summary: Near new property. Clean and spacious with excellent heating. Four separate bedrooms with plenty of space and privacy. All good amenities and all working. Would highly recommend it. Ray White Kingston were very helpful.

Summary: Sunnysands provided all that you would need for a family getaway, from the fully equipped modern kitchen to the small details of kids’ books and DVDs and sand toys. The real estate managing the property clearly maintains it well and the welcome note from the owners make you feel very welcome to the use of the house without a million rules, which must translate to holiday makers treating the property with respect as its in immaculate condition for being at few years old. Highly recommend, easy to book and great service from property manager.
