The ground floor of this BRAND NEW FURNISHED UNIT includes a newly updated generous-sized kitchen and beautifully appointed dining and living areas. Bedroom 1 (downstairs with king bed) has access to a full updated bath and full size updated laundry room complete with state of the art washer and dryer. Bedroom 2 is the upstairs Master Suite featuring a king size bed, outdoor balcony and updated master bath. Bedroom 3 upstairs features (2) triple bunk beds comfortably sleeping 6 (designed for the ‘kids’ hangout). The 4th bedroom sleeps 2, providing a queen size bed with a beautiful view of the playground green space and pool area. Another updated full bath located in the upstairs hallway completes the upstairs living quarters. This unit also offers 2 private outdoor patio/sitting areas on the ground floor featuring tropical plants, gas grill and beautiful view of the pool, playground and expansive green space and tennis courts. Summary: We loved the slower pace and reduced crowds at our favorite eating and shopping places. The beaches are beautiful and we spent many full days there under our canopy and in the water (pool too). Our condo was a great place for all our relatives to get together in the evenings. We are all reenergized for going back to our daily routines. We will be back next year.

Summary: We love Sunnyside and have stayed in several units. This one had everything we needed and was very clean. The location is very convenient to both pool and beach. Communication with Jeff was great. We had one small problem that he helped take care of.

Summary: The Sunnyside property was beautiful and well maintained. Lots of outdoor activities around the pool for the kids. We had a great week here. The only thing I would have improved upon was the mattress in the downstairs bedroom. Thank you for having us!!

Summary: We rented this condo for a family wedding weekend. The location was perfect. The beach was gorgeous and very close to the condo. The pictures used for this VRBO are from 2017. I unfortunately missed that. The condo is dated and in need of updating and a solid cleaning. I have pictures to share with the owner. I did not want to give this a poor rating but I rented this property based on the 5 star reviews and was very disappointed. I do understand that beach properties take a beating with so many people going through however cleaning should never be an issue no matter how dated the property is.

Summary: We just spent five days in Jeff’s condo at Sunnyside. There were 7 of us. Grandparents (70ish), parents (50ish) and kids (18, 20, 21). We were so comfortable in this spacious unit. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for me and my husband (grandparents). Parking was easy. We had two reserved spaces right in front of the unit and a visitor spot was always available for our third car. The beach was so close and I rented two chairs and an umbrella (Jordan at Light Me Up Rentals) for me and my husband that were set up and waiting for us whenever we went to the beach. The pool was beautiful and very close to the unit. I loved the music they played in the afternoons. The unit had everything we needed and was so comfortable. The location was great. Handy that there was a Publix and CV S right up the street. Jeff was so responsive the few times I messaged him with questions. I sure hope we get to make this trip again.
