Positive: Comfortable beds, lovely to have real milk. Plenty of room. A lovely place.
Negative: Advertised as the whole place is yours, and looking at the main photo gives a false impression. It was lovely but rewarding might be necessary.

Positive: There is no breakfast provided and no no oven so we brought our own cereal and snacks. There is a microwave that you can use and they provide A bottle of milk and filtered water. the coffee and tea facilities are provided. The accomodation was not too far from junction 19, Portishead and centre of Bristol. The public transport if required is at the end of the road and alate night bus runs till around 1am from Bristol. on a friday. It met my requirements as we were visiting Bristol to see a concert in the centre of town.

Positive: It is off the beaten track but perfect for three people, Barnaby we didn't meet but on the phone was very helpful. We went for a meal on his recommendation it was very good. We woke up in the morning with a beautiful peacock perching on the front porch.

Positive: Nice out of the way location but still close to Bristol. Private entrance, good sized main bedroom/living room. Good choice if you come with a dog as you can walk from the house and the lane is very quiet
Negative: There was a peacock calling until around 10pm, and from 7 the next morning! The bathroom was clean but had a slight drain-y smelly

Positive: Beautiful location, close to Bristol, lovely comfortable beds, nice decor (loved the glass sculptures), brilliant shower in a very nice new bathroom. Nice little touches like fresh milk in the fridge. Pleased we got to meet the peacock!
Negative: It was a bit chilly when we arrived and we couldn't find any heating controls. But easily fixed with the portable heater provided.
