Summary: Great location, lots of room in the house and terrific communication with the owner. Clean and well supplied. Loved watching Mama deer and her babies.... We enjoyed it thoroughly!

Summary: If you're looking for a very quiet, private, affordable house that won't break your budget in Gig Harbor, WA that has a partial view of the water with a ferry that makes trips back and forth to somewhere and beautiful Mt. Ranier also to the east, this is a great option. Clean, older home that could use some updated renter amenities. Pillows were flat, hard mattresses, no pillow tops. Tiny coffee pot. Not enough hangers for clothes, (we bought and left a dozen or so for the next renters) no closet in one of the downstairs bedrooms and no dressers in the house. Never did figure out how to work the downstairs tv and no instructions provided which I really didn't care about anyway as we weren't there to watch TV. Because I wasn't really expecting anything "upscale" or "Super fancy" I give this property a 5 star for being in line with the rental price. I would stay here again.

Summary: Oxana's home was just as nice as the photos. She was great communicating check-in instructions and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The home was perfect for 2 couples - the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed! The views from the home are lovely, as is the area.

Summary: This was my first experience using VRBO and it could not have gone better. The house was exactly what we needed and the amazing views of Mt. Rainer and the water were icing on the cake. Due to my mother’s specific needs, we required a main level living space and this delivered. Master bedroom and full bath and all the main rooms were accessible for her. The owner was proactive on all communications and responsive to any inquiries from me including returning the deposit ahead of schedule. The house gave us the space to spend time together as a family celebrating two graduations and seeing our extended family that lives in the area. Definitely would rent again when we are back in Gig Harbor.

Summary: Oxana was very responsive from the get-go. She responded to all my queries over text very promptly. We knew well in advance about getting the key and the wifi password etc. She even sent us a video on how to use the TV and snapshots on the exact location of the beacjh access key etc. Coming to the use, it was super clean and we could see that it was well kept-up. The bath fittings, blinds etc all looked new and contrary to most rental homes, this one had areally good Smart TV and fire TV to boot. The home itself has a pretty good view. From the deck on a sunny day you could see Mt. Rainier. There is plently of backyard and the kids had a good time there. The only problem really was that the noise insulation wasnt great. Every tiny pin drop on the uppoer floor could be heard from donwnstairs. So we could not really sleep if the kids were upstairs. The community also has a private breach - we paid three visits to that beach. It's super nice and we had fun flying kites and relaxing in the Cabana there while the kids were playing in the beach. The surrounding area in general, is also very pretty. We did a 1.2 mile hike to Sunset Beach Park which was nearby and that felt good. Most of the time, we'd have one major issue with our vvacation homes - like the kitchen was not well stocked or the TV was outdated, but this one had none. After the stay, Oxana was very prompt in refuncding all of the $1000 security deposit back to us. Overall I would highly recommend the house, the location (specially their private community beach) and the prompt and super-friendly owner.

Summary: The owner has a very well stocked home which has all the necessities and then some! She was very thoughtful, accommodating, and responds quickly. Home was comfortable and well taken care of. The home has a beautiful view that is just breathtaking at times when driving up and there are views of Mt Rainier from the back porch. The house had everything we needed to help accommodate our family!

Summary: This house was exactly what we needed - cozy, clean, and comfortable. We are already looking at the calendar to see when we can come back! Having the master bedroom upstairs and the guest beds downstairs was nice - it allowed the adults to stay up and chat while the kiddo slept. The house was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that had the convenience of only being 10 minutes away from downtown Gig Harbor. The owner of the property was very attentive and available to answer questions.

Summary: We absolutely loved the house and Gig Harbor! We spent the days exploring the area - it is only an hour to Seattle and about 2 hours to Mount Rainier National Park. So many little parks everywhere to hike and bike! We also loved sitting on the beautiful deck with a glass of wine enjoying the view of the Sound and Mt. Rainier in the evenings. With two boys (one in college and other in high school) everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The owner of the house was incredibly kind and thoughtful! She made sure we had everything we needed but was never intrusive. This was our first time using VRBO and our experience in this beautiful house in Gig Harbor made us want to use it again.

Summary: We stayed here 2 weeks and had a blast. Great location for trips to Seattle and hiking at Olympia, Rainier, and nearby state parks. House had plenty of room for the family, a fenced yard for the dog, all the comforts of home. Gig harbor is only a few minutes away with lots of restaurants and shopping. If you need anything you just call or text the owner and she handles it right away. We hope to come back next summer and stay longer.
