Positive: This place was amazing. The place itself was very spacious and had everything you needed for a short stay. The view out of the bedroom window was to die for. Such a relaxing place and so peaceful and quiet.

Positive: The location was excellent. This property should be advertised to sleep 3-4 people. It’s good sized and has 2 bathrooms.
Negative: The one parking spot for Little Tides is a small carport that is hard to get into. We drive a Tahoe and it was very tight. After parking in the carport, the walk down to the door on the steep driveway is super slick. There is a thick layer of green slime on the pavement and I fell hard. Perhaps the landscaping company can clean it up? It is quite hazardous in the rain and also at night when you can’t see to avoid it.
Summary: This is a cute, retro little cabin with beautiful views.

Positive: Location was beautiful. Apartment very comfortable. View from upstairs was stunning. Quiet and great for walking. We were able to host a small family gathering which worked out very well.
Negative: First floor bathroom sink not draining and toilet seemed to threaten to overflow. No bulb in downstairs lamp. One blind upstairs would not go up. Otherwise all else that we used worked fine.
Summary: Quiet and relaxing with stunning view.

Positive: The upstairs was nice with nice view of the water. Kitchenette had all the basics. Bed was comfortable. Linen and towels provided. Location is quiet and nice.
Negative: Property is VERY dark at night. Security lights on carport and house didn't work so I didn't park up there; if there are 2 guests you won' t have privacy, as the kitchenette is upstairs with bedroom; upstairs staircase window& downstairs bathroom window didn't close or lock; had to remove lid of toilet to flush as the handle didn't work; cobwebs in every corner of downstairs bathroom and needs to be painted; used towels at window, shower drain and door to stem the draft of cold air in bathroom; sink in bathroom didn't drain well; the unit as a whole was VERY cold (i used the hair dryer to warm up the bathroom); downstairs looks like an office or waiting room. After dark I didn't feel safe because of the light situation and windows not able to lock.

Positive: Nice and tucked away with a beautiful view. Plenty of room. The wife and I really enjoyed the time of piece and quiet with each other. Very relaxing. Will be back with the family in the "big house"
Negative: Real tight parking in the carport for the small home we were in. Shower was a bit small but not enough to make the stay an issue.

Positive: Pretty view of the water inlet and trees. Quiet. Comfortable bed but lousy pillows for sleeping. AlThere is a washer/dryer for clothes (we didn’t use it).
Negative: Kitchen unit is poorly set- up and poorly equipped—no drinking glasses, just stinky plastic ones; very small shower, with no body soap provided (no doubt an oversight?); and there is a mildew smell throughout this place.
Summary: We won’t choose this place again.
