Positive: Great place, Great view and great location. It has 3 (Three) balconies, not "a balcony" per listing. Yes, it looks to the pool per listing, but most importantly it looks at the Ocean over the dunes. The property is over 1300 sqf, with fairly new updates and a gorgeous master bath. If it wasn't for Vacasa, I'd give it a straight 10. Vacasa didn't have the right instructions for locking. No instructions for trash (just leave it there). They just send you tons of emails and messages but don't bother with important details.

Positive: The property is very comfortable, nice and clean. There was ocean view (partial) from all three balconies. The beach is beautiful, and it is very close - 3 minut walk. There is also a swimming pool. NOTE: the description says NO PARKING - that's not true. There is an assigned parking space, and more "guest" parking spaces available.
Negative: No big deal, but towels are so full of softener, that they do not pick up water. We ended up washing after the first use, and that fixed the problem. Also, St Augustine is about 15-20 minutes away, if that matters.
Summary: clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable
