Summary: Overall, we had a nice stay. The owner was very friendly and easy to reach when we had an issue unlocking our door to get in and he responded immediately and got us in right away

Summary: So many nice touches in this room! The owner clearly did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Water and snacks, nice office area, plenty of outlets, large TV. Bathroom a bit cramped, but we didn’t really mind. Bed very comfy and the premium pillows and bedding were much appreciated. There was a picnic table next door for us to use. Overall, it fit our needs nicely.

Summary: Clean, cozy and modern. There is a quick and kind response from the owner with any questions. The room comes with breakfast. I was able to bring my cat with no extra fees. There are bars and restaurants with in walking distance. Definitely better then booking a hotel anywhere near. I would recommend to anyone.

Summary: My wife and I stayed here during our drive from Spokane, Washington to Spring, Texas following our 55th anniversary celebration cruise on the Columbia and Snake rivers. It was a perfect stop after seeing Custer Battlefield and Fort Phillip Kearny and before going to Devil's Tower, Sturgis, SD , Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse Memorial. Robert was a most gracious host, the Sunrise Room was clean, neat, wonderfully comfortable bed, great shower and efficient in every way.

Summary: This is a clean, nicely decorated motel unit. The bathroom is quite small. There is a desk with a computer. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast provided is varied and a good amount.
