It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

Perfect for a couple of families to hang around the house even when it was raining. Loved the kayak and tennis court. We did have a problem that the electricity tripped when we turned on the aircon and the dryer at the same time but that was easily rectified

Summary: Everyone loved this holiday house! Adult family of 8 spent days fishing, canoeing and playing tennis. Shops and great golf course not far away. House newly renovated, clean and well appointed. Would stay again.
