Condo did not have any damage from the Hurricane, but the complex did, so there is currently no Pool due to the Hurricane. Stay in this newly renovated 1 bedroom condo with great views of the beach. The sofa makes into a queen sized bed. The master bedroom has views of the intercoastal waterway. Located across the street from the beach with access to a heated pool on the beach.
Walk to Caddy's and short drive to John's Pass.

Summary: Thank you Shannon for your hospitality. The condo is well maintained. The cleanliness is superb. The linens smelled clean and fresh including those for the sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa mattress was comfortable. The view of the ocean from the condo is awesome. Just love being steps from the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. 😊 The only negative is the owners chest used as a table in front of the sofa is heavy and difficult to move. Otherwise no complaints! I am returning next year!

Summary: Condo is located across from the beach in a nice neighborhood.Publix is a five minute drive and there are restaurants close by.Condo is small but has everything you need! Beach chairs and towels were a bonus,our host was excellent to communicate with!
