In an idyllic location between beach and bush, Sunset Deck is only 5 minutes drive to Smith's Beach & Yallingup Beach & 10 minutes into the cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and fabulous boutique shopping of Dunsborough. It is only minutes away from the famous Caves House Hotel and locally renowned Little Fish Restaurant.
This brand new luxurious holiday home is on 3 acre property, complete with a winter flowing creek and an abundance of native wildlife to view. It's sensational valley views are at their absolute best in the ear;y evenings when the sun is setting over the hill and the kangaroos are grazing on the grass in the last of the days rays.
Sunset Deck is the quintessential down south property with roaring wood fireplace, natural oak floors, cathedral timber lined ceilings and spectacular rural views. It was built to maximize comfort and leisure & is truly a home for all seasons. In the inter, relax by the fire with a glass of local red and in the summer open the generous louver windows to allow the natural breeze and light to flow throughout the house.
The property has the luxury of two separate living areas. Summary: We had an enjoyable and wonderful relaxing stay at Sunset Deck. The views were breathtaking, house was warm and inviting and large enough to accommodate 6 adults and 3 kids. The 2 separate living areas came in handy so the kids had their own space.

Summary: This home and property location was simply amazing. I wish I could keep this property as my secret holiday home for down south. The owners have put in a lot of thought into making this home comfortable and well equiped for holiday makers. The location of the property is central and approximately 10 minutes drive to Coles Dunsborough so we never felt too far from wineries, shops and the beaches. It's child friendly, and the house is big enough to have a group of people without feeling you're in everyones space. The view from all rooms was simply beautiful and tranquil. The owner is friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to enquiries. Overall, my family and I were so impressed with this home and very grateful to have experienced a relaxing, enjoyable and most definitely comfortable 3 nights at Sunset Deck.
