Our newly constructed unit in 2020 is a 2,000 square foot unit with 4 bed, 2 full baths and a dedicated elevator. This second floor unit is located directly on the Delaware Bay with no streets to cross !
Walkout onto the immense, covered deck overlooking the Delaware Bay, watch for frequent visits from Dolphins. Come to relax and unwind! The Villas has the best sunsets in New Jersey without all the congestion and overcrowdedness. If you desire a beach vacation without the hustle and bustle then look no further. Your own beach awaits but there is also all that Cape May has to offer less than 10 minutes away by car. We also have a full first floor unit, 4BR / 2BA to rent, so contact us to determine if the entire property is available to accommodate your larger groups. With that being said, not everyone will qualify to rent our property. We have learned over the years that a screening process is helpful to match guests to the property that will treat it as their own home. I have found that building relationships and catering to our clients is more prudent than renting to those who are not as like-minded as we are. Summary: We love going to the beach! The water at the house we could not go in. Bay water. House was great! More tvs in bedrooms would be nice. Possible chain on front door for little ones. Very cozy and very clean! We did not want to leave!

Summary: We loved our time at Kevin’s home. My dad has mobility issues and appreciated the elevator and 1 floor living. Kevin went out of his way and installed a hand held shower before our stay for my father. Home was very comfortable, great views and only a short drive to cape may. We will definitely keep in mind for future trips.

Summary: Wonderful experience in a beautiful place. From the moment of check-in we felt comfortable and relaxed. Kevin was so helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The house is very spacious, we traveled with 5 adults and our dog, Willy. We would definitely recommend!

Summary: If you were looking for a good view, look no further. It doesn’t get much better than this. We would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and had everything we would need. The owner even has kayaks available. I would say the only downfall is that the beach here can get a little murky. That being said, you’re 10 minutes away from a really nice one.

Summary: My husband, my dad and our puppy had an amazing time at your home. We were in the "penthouse" which came with an elevator. Perfect for my disabled father. It was extremely windy for our visit but we still enjoyed the deck and beauty all over. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The location to the Coast Guard station and that area was awesome. Cape May is beautiful and the sunsets are amazing from the deck.

Summary: Yes - This house would be at the top of the list if we visit the area again. Communication with Kevin, the house owner was very good. The house room layout was perfect for my family including 2 small grandkids providing the space and flexibility needed. The morning and evening views from the house as well as walks along the water were very enjoyable. The kids were kept busy playing in the sand and exploring the many horse shoe crabs that came ashore. However for swimming, we found the ocean side water along Beach Ave ( an easy 15-20 min ride ) more enjoyable as compared to the bayside water.
