Positive: The view is really fantastic, you can eat and cook watching the sea. There is a terrific terrace with 2 tables, so you even choose where to eat. The beach is just down the stairs with beach umbrellas available for free. The house is very cosy and. There is the private car parking just behind the house.

Negative: In one of the rooms there is a fireplaces and it smells of smoke. Nothing else.

Positive: The location is superb, the sea is right underneath the accommodation. It's perfect for people that want to be right next to the beach in a quiet area with just a few places around. We were 3 people and our small dog and the space was perfect. The kitchen was also well equipped and you have a few tavernas at a walking distance if you prefer. The owner is also great; very responsive, friendly and helpful. Anything we needed he was happy to help. Would love to visit again.

Positive: Panagiotis met us on arrival and was so charming and friendly. He explained everything in great detail and could not do enough for us - he is the perfect host :-) The property is in a great location right on the beach and the is very comfortable with everything needed for a stay. I would definitely come back here and recommend this Sunset Holiday House to anyone in a heartbeat. It is also a great base to explore the Laconia region

Positive: What a magnificent place! The location: quiet, just outside a very small and remote village, right across a small pebble beach. A clean and sheltered sandy beach just a few hundred meters away in the bay (fishing port) of the village. The views: from the private terrace across the sea to the mountains of the Mani peninsula at the horizon and the picturesque village of Archangelos nearby. The apartment: was very well renovated en provided with the best quality equipment and all the comforts. Good spacious kitchen, excellent beds and private parking just outside the door. The host: Panagiotis was very friendly and helpful, easy to contact by phone and very hands-on with solving problems and answering questions. He also brought me some fresh bread and snacks.

Negative: I wanted to extend my stay, but that was not possible because the place was booked already- and rightly so!
