With an enclosed balcony offering sea breezes when the louvers are open, you can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktail as you take in the views. Take the short walk into the city and enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants that Newcastle has to offer or grab your towel and head across the Esplanade to Newcastle Main beach.

Summary: Perfect small but well-designed and comfortable studio. Great location for walking everywhere within the Newcastle East and city centre precincts with wonderful beaches, the pool, coastal walk, restaurants and cafes. Lovely outlook over Newcastle - we had a perfect view of the NYE fireworks! We left the car in the carpark for most of the time and went on foot. Everyone we encountered in the building was friendly. The only downside was the construction happening and no shutters on the balcony for the afternoon sun but that's temporary. Would stay again.

Summary: It was a lovely little place. Reasonably clean, have everything we need, nice view especially in the evening, when it's windy, the whole building is like a wind tunnel, quite noisy. It would be great if you can add a couple of more power points, especially near the dining table, the bathroom basin water doesn’t go down as quickly as it should. Except that, it's all good.
