Negative: They could use a bathroom remodel at some point and a new rug in the living room. I don't think the pet hair will come out

Positive: We’ve stayed in #201 before and love the view from this unit and that it is dog friendly. We would certainly return and recommend to others.
Negative: Small updates would be welcome including the bathroom door (doesn’t close well) and kitchen faucet (it’s a hassle to use)
Summary: Overall lovely accommodation with a fantastic location!

Positive: The view was incredible. You could see the ocean from everywhere in the condo. The balcony was wonderful to sit on and watch the water. The little cafe/convenience store and restaurant are great and easily walked to.
Negative: There was dog fur all over the carpet, and some on the couch and the throws pillows. We ended up with dog hair all over our clothes. Another thing was that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There is a window but it opens right to the front of the building next to the walkway between rooms, and at a level for anyone walking by to look right in at you. There is no beach access from the property, you have to walk out to the street past the restaurant and double back. It looks like there used to be a little bridge to access the beach from the property, but it was not usable during our stay.
Summary: You are paying for the view, which is exceptional. The room is just ok.
