Positive: The views! We could see the waves from our room. The colors of the sunsets were most memorable
Negative: The beach access was poor. I almost fell at the little gate going to the beach bridge. It was very uneven. At least have a warning sign. My husband could not risk attempting to negotiate that area. Consequently, he did not get to the beach at all.

Positive: The room was an apartment 2 private bedrooms 2 bathrooms living room, dining area w large table, nice big full kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool is beautiful renovated and large.
Negative: Check in process was a nightmare. Tiny lobby was full of people waiting to check in past the 4 pm check in time. Patrons were being told to come back in 45 minutes because rooms were not ready! Check in Lady Joselyn I think her name is was trying to do everyone’s job. While checking in her patron she was busy watching and checking in her co workers patron.. talking to both and confusing the process.. all the guest were visibly upset and began complaining. Despite the situation, she still found the energy to make unnecessary small talk asking people oh, you look familiar. Do I know you’re from somewhere?, while everyone is visibly angry and upset. She talks so much and was wasting so much time. I asked why are they charging more than what my reservation was booked for, and they informed me of incidental fees after they already charged me for it without informing me about the fees that are required. They informed us that only one car is allowed, and if you have additional cars, there is parking along the side block. We parked where they instructed us to park and receive two tickets. Our pick up truck hardly fit in the tiny parking lot. The housekeepers were very pleasant. Room was very clean and organized. The housekeepers should switch jobs with the front office! After I checked out I was confused as to why they had returned refunded half of my stay, only to get charged like 10 times over I guess to correct thier mistake. I will NEVER EVER return to this resort. I paid $$$1070.00 for 2 nights and the beach chairs were not even included. Hotel needs to be renovated not worth the money.,
