Restored tiny bay cottage with lots of character, amazing views, sunsets, and all of the comforts of home. Located on a quiet, wooded lot on a private road. 1 private bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. There is also a full size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening meal on the private covered porch with some of the best bay views around. Bring your cast net or fishing rods to use on the private pier. Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and all stainless appliances - equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve a meal. Public beach/Gulf access about a mile away. Several popular restaurants minutes away as well as Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Still in driving distance to all of the main Gulf Shores attractions - 15-20 minutes away.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck with table, private pier.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, starter roll of toilet paper/paper towels, and travel-sized soaps in bathroom.

Summary: This was our second stay at the property. Our first stay was fantastic! This stay met and exceeded our expectations! Exceptionally comfortable and private. Bay access is particularly wonderful and appealing. We will definitely book a third stay in the fall.

Summary: We loved staying on the bay with the dock. We loved fishing, we even got to see a 3ft alligator come up to the dock. The place is small but just right for a family of 4, that’s just there to pretty much sleep. We would definitely stay here again. We brought our 21ft boat, and thought there would be room but the neighbors were super nice and allowed us to park our boat in front of the driveway.

Summary: We stayed for 5 days and really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The property was relaxing, and we especially loved the beautiful sunset views.That said, there were a few things we felt could be improved. It was a bit difficult to find the location when we first arrived, and for a group of four staying multiple days, the supplies provided were very limited — only one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag, and a single packet of laundry and dishwasher detergent. We didn’t reach out to the manager and ended up buying our own, but it would’ve been helpful to have a bit more provided upfront.Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a lovely setting, just a few minor things that could make the experience even better.

Summary: Had an amazing time celebrating our 20th anniversary. Would recommend if you want to get off the grid for a bit. Close to gulf shores and all its has to offer. Just a little paradise.

Summary: The house was nice. The covered deck overlooking the bay was perfect. Such a peaceful area for a couple that wants to reconnect. I told my wife that I I would rate this as a 10 out of 10 except for one thing. That bed! It is way too soft. Upgrade it please!
