Positive: Loved that it was so close to the beach and private access to the beach. The rooms were big enough for us and what we needed. Plenty of parking space for our cars and truck. Big enough kitchen and back deck for eating inside or outside

Negative: Everything was GREAT! But the stairs were a bit much after a day at the beach but what you going to do about that 😂
