Positive: The location of the apartment was close to the Taiwan MRT easy access from airport and had lots of eateries near by. There was a staff member who promptly fixed the flush button on the toilet immediately after it was reported broken. He was pro active and friendly in approach. Room cleaning was conducted once during our 5 night stay and fresh towels provided. Reception staff were professional and friendly.

Negative: Unfortunately the apartment was a lot smaller than pictured and very dated in appearance. It was situated amongst private and business owners in a large building complex. The small 2 seater couch in the lounge was old and you sunk into it when you sat down. There appeared to be a infestation of mosquitoes and cockroaches which we got rid off during our visit which was reported to management when we vacated and acknowledged. You may need to use the dryer for your clothes as there was only a small washing machine (3kg load) in the apartment. We used a stretch line in the bathroom to hang our clothes. Okay for a short stay.
