3 Bedroom House in Villa Segunda, Pensacola Beach

Sunshine Beach House is a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family cottage (sleeps 8) on Pensacola Beach just waiting for your arrival. With only steps from public access to Santa Rosa Sound (on the north side) and a short jaunt to the Gulf of Mexico (on the south side), you have the best of both beaches!
The house is cozy (990 square feet) and the kitchen is well stocked. Don't forget the private heated pool (no charge for up to 6 hours of heat per day), regulation size sand volleyball court, and charcoal grill. Beach chairs and towels are provided also. You will love hanging out on the back deck that extends the entire length of the house.
We have a super fast Internet connection (1 gigabyte download) and a streaming Roku television in each bedroom and the living room. We DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE or ask for you to do any crazy chores.
NEW front and back yard landscaping completed January 2024. See the last photo for what it now looks like!

Summary: This house has so much! Beautiful pool, beach volleyball, beach chairs, and a relaxing place to stay away from the excitement of downtown area. It is about a 10 minute drive to restaurants. Golf cart services are available on the beach (for tips). This house is located just a very short walk to a quiet beach. Looking forward to another trip!

Summary: We were in Florida for my brother’s memorial and this house was perfectly located near Fort Pickens ( the site of the memorial ) and the dog beach. We had 3 adults and 1 dog. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked and the backyard was perfectly designed for a get together of the siblings afterwards! Beautiful pool and volleyball court, all meticulously maintained. Rob was very communicative and helpful with suggestions on how to enjoy the amenities and the Pensacola Beach/Gulf Breeze area! 10/10 We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you, Rob!
